Our feeding program continues at Valencia National Vocational High School. As their partner in the DINE Program, PATAS PH is committed to continuing our support and service to their learners.

PATAS PH: Mikee Romero’s Commitment to Helping Others Goes Beyond His Role as a Reservist

Parents and Teachers Advocates for Students, Phils., Inc. (PATAS PH) expresses its heartfelt gratitude and continued support for former House Deputy Speaker and former Philippine Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen. Michael “Mikee” Romero for his genuine commitment to helping less fortunate Filipinos, particularly children and families affected by natural disasters.

Even following his resignation from the military reserve, PATAS PH remains confident that Romero will continue his good deeds and his commitment to helping communities in need. His desire to serve has never been defined solely by his position or uniform.

PATAS PH is especially grateful for Romero’s support that is often extended behind the camera and without seeking recognition. His assistance to disaster victims and his continuing support for gift-giving activities, feeding programs, school supplies, and other initiatives for less fortunate children nationwide reflect a sincere and compassionate heart.

“For PATAS PH, Mikee Romero is a rare kind of person—a man with a golden heart whose desire to help does not depend on holding a position or wearing a uniform. We trust that even after his resignation as a reservist, he will continue reaching out to those who need help, especially our children,” PATAS PH said.

The organization believes that genuine service goes beyond titles, positions, and uniforms. It is measured by compassion, generosity, and the willingness to help others even when there are no cameras present.

PATAS PH thanks Mikee Romero for being a consistent partner in bringing hope and assistance to Filipino children and families and remains confident that his spirit of service will continue long after his time as a reservist.

PATAS PH proudly supports the DINE Program of Valencia National Vocational High School. As part of our commitment, we conducted a feeding program for the students. This is not just a one-time activity,we are committed to supporting the school through our feeding program twice a week because helping and nourishing learners has always been at the heart of our advocacy.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Principal Mr. Dexter Wamar for warmly accepting us and recognizing PATAS PH as one of your partners in supporting the learners of Valencia National Vocational High School.

Today, our feeding program continues at Can-asujan National High School. Every meal we share is more than just food,it is a simple act of love, care and hope for our learners.
From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to our very generous and supportive partners, Dr. Winly S. Dela Fuente and Dr. Katherine B. Dela Fuente. Your unwavering generosity and trust in our advocacy inspire us to keep serving more schools and more learners. We are truly blessed to have your support.

Day 2 of the PATAS PH Feeding Program.

Today, we continued our mission of sharing hope and nourishment with the learners of Roberto Sato Memorial National High School and Valencia National Vocational High School.
Every meal we serve is a reminder that kindness and compassion can make a difference in the lives of our students.

PATAS PH Cebu officers have officially resumed our Feeding Program!
Today, we served a total of 100 learners from the SNED/SPED learners of Carcar Central Elementary School and the Grade 11 TechPro-D students of Carcar Central National High School.
We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our mission of sharing hope, care and nourishment with our learners. This is just the beginning as we continue reaching more schools and communities, one meal at a time.
