Mr. & Ms. Youth Idol 2026
Competition Categories & Mechanics
• Production Number: The candidates will have their production number to start the competition and introduction (Name, Age, Youth Org (if there is), and Address). Attire will be provided by the Organizer.
• Talent Competition: Each candidate's performance must be limited to 2-3 minutes. Points are deducted for exceeding the time limit.
• Festival Costume (The candidate will choose their own festival to represent)
• Evening Gown / Formal Wear: Judged on elegance, stage deportment, and how well the candidate carries the attire.
• Question and Answer (Q&A): Focuses on wit, content, and the ability to handle pressure.
• People's Choice: Each candidate will have a designated box for the amount of vqotes (1 peso=1 vote). The box will be available inside the venue during the pageant night. Whoever gets this Special Award earns an automatic spot in the finals.
Scoring Criteria for Finalists
• Production Number: 15%
• Festival Costume: 15%
• Intelligence/Q&A: 55%
• Evening Gown/Formal Wear: 15%
Total: 100%
CASH PRIZES:
Mr. & Ms. Youth Idol 2026 - ₱5,000 each
Mr. & Ms. SK 2026 - ₱3,000 each
1st Runner Up - ₱2,000 each
2nd Runner Up - ₱1,500 each
Mr. & Ms. Talent - ₱1,000 each
Special Awards for each segment - ₱500
Important Notes & Schedules:
January 31 (9am-11am) - Registration & Pictorial
-Each candidate will prepare their Valid ID that contains Age & Address and ₱500 registration fee.
-To give opportunities to new faces and handlers and ensure all candidates will be prepared on the pageant night, each handler should have a maximum of 2 candidates.
-Each candidate will fill out the registration form before the pictorial proper.

February 1, 7-8 (3pm-7pm) - Practice

Code of Conduct & Rules
• Punctuality: Candidates must arrive at rehearsals and events on time. Points may be deducted for tardiness.
• Backstage Policy: Only two assistants (1 makeup artist, 1 handler) are allowed per candidate.
• Safety: Dangerous props (fire, glass, or live animals) are strictly prohibited during talent performances.
• Finality of Decisions: The board of judges' decision is final and irrevocable.
