FLOAT PARADE COMPETITION

General Mechanics
1. All float should be built on a MULTICARRY.
2. All float should be constant with purok members
3. All floats must be at the starting point (in front of Barangay Covered court) thirty (30) minutes prior to the parade schedule.
4. The float entry must be done using any RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
5. All purok should have their prepared synopsis.

DESIGN GUIDELINES
1. Participants are free to use any RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
2. Float should be designed with creativity and must be attractive.
3. All float entries will be judged based on its design and artistic merit.

SAFETY MEASURES
1. The use of flame or fuel-fired torches are prohibited.
2. Fireworks or other pyro techniques are not permitted to be discharged.

GENERAL GUIDELINES AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Each Purok must have 1 candidate for Binibining Lower Katingawan.
2. She must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Lower Katingawan.
3. She must be 15 to 30 years old.
4. She must be single, not pregnant, and has not given birth.
5. She must have a good moral character, and can speak in Filipino and English fluently.
6. She must also attend the scheduled dates for practices or rehearsals.
7. The deadline of the submission of name of the representative is on October 4, 2025, Saturday.
8. The Orientation will be on October 4, 2025, 7 PM at Barangay Covered Court. Thus, the candidates are required to join the orientation.
10. During the Question-and-Answer portion, the candidates may express their answers using either Tagalog, English, or vernacular.
11. No height requirements.
