Yes He can. Just believe.
He is powerful.
Remember the story in the Bible in the book of Matthew 14:25-33, This is the story when Jesus walks on the water. This is very famous story in the bible.
The disciple taught that it was a ghost, "But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid."- Matthew 14:27
He walks on the water to let His disciples believe in Him, not just on His powers to do miraculous things but because He is the Son of God!
Upon reading the following verses, Peter tried to do the same, and He actually did maybe in a few steps but he fell. Why? Because He stopped believing that he can because of FEAR "But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, "Lord, save me." - Matthew 14:30
When Jesus said, "Come." in Matthew 14:29, He want Peter to believe, even though he fell, Jesus saved him. Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"-Matthew 14:31
Maybe right now, you are so afraid of what's happening (That's normal) But FEAR CAN'T SAVE US, let's start believing that only JESUS CAN SAVE US.
So, the Lord is asking you right now to COME TO HIM. DON'T BE AFRAID. JUST BELIEVE.
He loves you and He has a great plan for your life. (Jeremiah 29:11)
How would you know? Just accept Him as Your Lord and Savior.
Please pray this simple prayer:
"Lord, thank you for the breath of life, right now I ask you for forgiveness for all of my sin. Cleanse me with Your blood and I surrender everything unto you. I accept you as my Lord and Savior, please write my name in the Book of life. Let your will be done. In Jesus name, Amen! "
