We are a passionate, NGO, community of patients and their loved ones, united by hope, resilience, and a shared mission to raise awareness about kidney disease and champion renal health here in the Philippines.
“Bridging the Gap Between Patients and Care.” is a Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and BIR registered non-stock, non-profit, non-political, non-religious support group committed to f

urther building a healthy, educated, well-empowered support group for patients with end-stage renal disease. The mission is to give voice and support to dialysis patients by creating harmonious relationships through education and advocacy. The group is dedicated to improving dialysis patients' quality of life by promoting Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) awareness, including extensive campaigns to prevent kidney disease and help patients to live a full and productive life. Through the active participation of its founder, administrators, and members the group aims to create systemic change to the community, including active participation and favorable actions from the government, private entities, and the mass public.

Tema: "Pag-asa, Kasaysayan, at Bayanihan: Isang Pambansang Pagkilala sa mga Nagbibigay-Buhay"

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa at Buwan ng Kasaysayan ngayong Agosto; pati na rin sa paggunita sa Pambansang Araw ng mga Bayani (Agosto 31), buong-pusong inaanyayahan ng National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) – Human Organ Preservation Effort (HOPE) ang ating mga pasyente, pamilya, living donors, at mga tagapagtaguyod ng kalusugan sa ating 6th Face-to-Face Pre-Transplant Orientation!

Sa pamamagitan ng ating sariling wika at pag-unawa sa ating kwento ng pag-asa, ating kilalanin ang mga modernong bayani ng ating lipunan; ang ating mga living donors, ang pamilyang buong-suportang umaagapay, at ang mga dedikadong kawani ng kalusugan. 💙
