We are a passionate, NGO, community of patients and their loved ones, united by hope, resilience, and a shared mission to raise awareness about kidney disease and champion renal health here in the Philippines.
“Bridging the Gap Between Patients and Care.” is a Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and BIR registered non-stock, non-profit, non-political, non-religious support group committed to f

urther building a healthy, educated, well-empowered support group for patients with end-stage renal disease. The mission is to give voice and support to dialysis patients by creating harmonious relationships through education and advocacy. The group is dedicated to improving dialysis patients' quality of life by promoting Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) awareness, including extensive campaigns to prevent kidney disease and help patients to live a full and productive life. Through the active participation of its founder, administrators, and members the group aims to create systemic change to the community, including active participation and favorable actions from the government, private entities, and the mass public.

the official online hashtag use by the group aim to challenge the society that by unity, education, and awareness we can fight kidney disease. The group strongly believes that through inclusions a brighter and productive future is possible for all CKD patients.
