THE ORGANIZATION'S VISION STATEMENT
The College Student Government (CSG) envisions itself to become one of the leading student government in the region which serves as a model of excellence in terms of student governance, especially in the advancement of students' rights and welfare, and an active partner in the student development towards the attainment of the college goal of producing world-clas

s graduates. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT
College Student Government (CSG), as a leading Student Government, shall truly represent the students by being active participant in the policy making of the College, protect and promote the students’ rights and welfare, uphold democratic consultation, and at all times, vigilant to irregularities. It shall provide relevant services in the pursuit of achieving academic excellence and responsible students. THE ORGANIZATION GOALS
The College Student Government aims to:
-Provide a proactive and healthy forum to advance students’ welfare and interest.
-Uphold and ensure genuine democratic participation and representation in policy and decision-making processes from the organization to the College.
-Uphold democratic representation on accredited student organizations.
-Uphold the ideals of the College that are geared towards professionalism, high ethical standards, demonstrative competence, well-rounded spiritual and moral well-being, and volunteerism and service-orientedness.
-Promote the vision, mission, and core values of the College by unifying the ranks of the studentry and by ensuring the broad coordination among the accredited student organizations. DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES AND POLICIES
The CSG is a democratic student government, mandated to observe the rule of the majority, safeguard the rights of every student and shall be a government of law. The CSG shall encourage the students to be socially aware, maintain a healthful learning leadership culture across different modalities, pursue academic freedom, and promote the students’ general welfare, essential to all students. The CSG, as student representative to the board shall take part in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of the College policies on matters affecting the students. The CSG shall pursue programs in improving and uplifting the physical, mental, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being of students. The CSG shall be transparent in all its official transactions and ensure that the interests of the students are truly served. The CSG is umbrella of the college's Accredited Student Organization (ACSO) supervised and regulated by the Office for Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of the Polytechnic College of the City of Meycauayan. The CSG in its operation and for other purposes thereof adheres to all the college’s rules and regulations, and policies-guidelines as set forth in the Institution’s Charter and Student Handbook. It is hereby declared that CSG stands:
-to operate within the framework of national development goals, CHED, and the College;
-to ensure active participation to all student development activities;
-to strengthen the promotion of student’s rights and acquire holistic and lifelong learning, guided by the organizational goals, mission, and vision; and
-to guarantee that the affiliation to the Organization is afforded to all qualified students of the College. BILL OF RIGHTS
Every Student shall enjoy the rights and privileges provided by the Philippine Constitution. Every student shall have equal protection of the law by this organization. Every student shall have the right of public discourse of institutional record, college transaction and pertinent documents that directly affect them, subject to reasonable condition prescribed by the law. Every student shall have the right to be a member of any accredited college student organization, subject to the regulatory requirements and standards set by constitution and bylaws thereof. Every student shall have the right to form associations or societies. Subject to the College rules, regulations, and objectives. Every student shall have the right of suffrage choose people who will represent them.
