Nagpasya si Mayor Henry Villarica na isuspinde ang pasok ngayong araw, Setyembre 1, 2023 sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Meycauayan ayon sa rekomendasyon ng City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan dala ng habagat na pinalakas pa ng Bagyong Goring at Hanna batay sa ulat ng DOST-PAGASA.

Sinuspinde na ni Mayor Henry Villarica ang klase ngayong araw, Agosto 31, 2023 sa mga mag-aaral ng Kinder hanggang Senior High School sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Meycauayan dahil sa matinding pag-ulan hatid ng Bagyong Goring.
