7. Assist in managing the procurement processes.

1. Prepares and processes all administrative-related documents for NMFIC;
2. Assists in the preparation and submission of regular and special written reports of NMFIC;
3. Performs tasks as a member of the NMFIC BOD and TWG Secretariat such as taking minutes of the BOD and TWG meetings, arranging for the logistical requirements of such meetings, among others;
4. Assists in the coordination activities and documentation requirements related to internal events as well as external engagements;
5. Communicates with offices/agencies/clients regarding arrangements for trainings, workshops, consultations, meetings, and other events;
6. Records and monitors the weekly schedule of all the units on the NMFIC calendar;
7. Receives and transmits relevant documents (including circulation within and outside the University);
8. Keeps a copy of documents and maintains the office's filing system;
9. Follows up the procurement of materials and supplies, as well as repair of equipment;
10. Receives and keeps a record of telephone or mobile calls, and transmits content of these calls to concerned personnel;
11. Provides photocopying and document binding services as required;
12. Ensures that clients and visitors are well received and attended to;
13. Looks after the upkeep of the office's cleanliness and tidiness; and
14. Performs other work-related assignments and tasks that may be given from time to time.

1. Demonstrate laboratory procedures to students, ensuring proper understanding and safety protocols.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to faculty members as needed.
C. Sample Handling:
1. Collect, prepare, and test laboratory samples as required by experiments or research.
D. Equipment Maintenance and Sterility:
1. Maintain, calibrate, clean, and ensure the sterility of Machines, Equipment, and Instruments (MEI's) used in the laboratory.
E. Inventory Management:
1. Conduct periodic inventory checks of MEI's and laboratory supplies.
2. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory status.
F. Accomplishment Reporting:
1. Write and submit accomplishment reports detailing laboratory activities and outcomes.
