As part of the successful conduct of our ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐Ž๐ซ๐ ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ง๐ ๐†๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ฅ๐ฒ, free ice cream and snacks were given to the students who attended the activity.

This simple treat was our way of showing appreciation for the active participation, cooperation, and support of the student body during the assembly. We are grateful to everyone who joined the discussions, shared their ideas, and became part of the important decisions for the organization.

Yesterdayโ€™s 2nd General Assembly was successfully conducted through the active participation and cooperation of the students, officers, and faculty. The activity started with registration and preliminaries followed by the opening remarks delivered by ๐‰๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐›๐ž๐ฅ ๐‹. ๐‚๐š๐œ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ฌ, Vice President-Elect.

To energize everyone, a short Zumba session was also conducted before proceeding to the main discussions. The presentation of the proposed Constitution and By-Laws was discussed by ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ ๐๐š๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐๐ž๐ญ ๐ƒ. ๐™๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž, President, where important amendments and revisions were explained to the students. This was followed by the proposed amendments and clarifications wherein students were given the opportunity to ask questions and suggest revisions regarding the organizationโ€™s Constitution and By-Laws.

The deliberation of key amendments was facilitated by the SBO Officers, followed by the voting and approval of the Constitution and By-Laws. An ice breaker prepared by the SBO Officers was also conducted to keep the students engaged and active during the assembly.

Another important part of the program was the presentation of the financial reports updates discussed by ๐‘๐ข๐œ๐š ๐Œ๐š๐ž ๐„๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐จ๐ฅ, where students were informed about the organizationโ€™s financial status and updates. The activity also included an open forum which allowed students to express their concerns, suggestions, and opinions for the betterment of the organization.

One of the major discussions during the assembly was the transition of the organizationโ€™s name from ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐Ž๐ซ๐ ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐’๐๐Ž) to ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ (๐’๐’๐‚) in line with the standardization among satellite campuses.
