With grateful hearts and joyful spirits, the Parish of St. Roch the Healer – Maydolong warmly welcomes our newly appointed Parochial Vicar, Rev. Fr. Ruben “Janno” B. Baquilod!

Held at the Parish Convent, this beautiful gathering brought together several communities, alongside our Parish Youth Ministry, as we welcomed Fr. Janno to his new pastoral mission among us.

A new assignment, a new chapter, but the same mission: to know Christ, to love Christ, and to make Him known. May your ministry among us be filled with grace, joy, and countless opportunities to walk with God’s people.

Welcome to your new home and mission, Fr. Janno! We are blessed to journey with you.

St. Roch the Healer, pray for us!
Ad multos annos, Fr. Janno! 🙏

With grateful hearts, we celebrate the successful culmination of our Flores de Mayo 2026, spearheaded by the Parish Youth Ministry of St. Roch the Healer Parish – Maydolong.

The celebration began with a solemn procession, followed by the Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Dan G. Gañas, uniting everyone in prayer and devotion to our Blessed Mother. In the afternoon, the community gathered for a joyful program filled with animations, presentations, awarding ceremonies, games, the distribution of school supplies, and snacks for our Floristas.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all our sponsors, benefactors, volunteers, parents, and supporters whose generosity and kindness made this event possible. Your support helped make this celebration meaningful, successful, and memorable for everyone.

Above all, we give thanks to God and to our Blessed Mother Mary for guiding us throughout this beautiful month of devotion. May the spirit of faith, service, and unity continue to inspire us all. 💙❤️💛💚

“…you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses…”
- Acts 1:8

Parish Youth Ministry – Maydolong proudly joined the 33rd Diocesan Pentecost Vigil hosted by Our Lady of Salvation Parish in Buabua, Salcedo.

Together with fellow young people across the Diocese of Borongan, our delegation experienced a meaningful celebration filled with faith, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. Youth representatives from various parishes also led the animations, making the gathering more lively, joyful, and united.

It was truly a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow youths, share in prayer and worship, and strengthen our unity as one Church.

Thank you, mga Sangkay, for your active participation, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout the event. May the Holy Spirit continue to guide and empower us as we grow in faith and service. 💙💚💛❤️
