The Summer Musikwela 2026 program reaches its much-awaited culmination on June 4, 2026, with a Grand Music Recital that celebrates the dedication, perseverance, and remarkable growth of our young musicians. This special event serves as a fitting showcase of the skills and confidence they have developed through weeks of intensive learning, practice, and musical formation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Music Mentor Mr. Ricky John Alde, Program Head of the Bachelor of Culture and Arts Program, ESSU–Maydolong, Eastern Samar, and Choirmaster of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Llorente, together with the 2026 Musikwela team, for their expertise, guidance and commitment in nurturing musical talents.

As we celebrate the achievements of our learners, may their inspiring journey encourage more children, youth, and adults to embrace future opportunities to learn, grow, and find joy in the beautiful language of music.

BCAED 3 Successfully Conducts Pre-Oral Defense for CAED 321 Research 1

Earlier today at 9:00 AM, the Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAED) 3 students successfully conducted their Pre-Oral Defense for CAED 321 – Research 1: Methods in Arts and Culture Research. The activity marked a significant academic milestone as the students presented and defended their respective research proposals before the panel, demonstrating their knowledge, preparedness, and commitment to advancing research in the fields of arts and culture.

The successful completion of the pre-oral defense reflects the hard work and dedication of the student researchers, as well as the guidance and support of their research instructor, research advisers, and panel members. The event serves as an important step toward the completion of their research studies and contributes to the continuous development of scholarly inquiry within the BCAED program.
