Creating a safe learning environment starts with all of us. Today, August 1, 2026, at Andili National High School successfully held its GAD-Responsive Anti-Bullying Seminar under the theme, Safe Spaces, Safe Schools: Empowering Parents and Students Towards a Bully-Free Community.
The event brought together our Junior and Senior High School students from Grades 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, alongside their parents, educators, and staff to focus on the power of open communication and mutual respect. The seminar was highly honored by the active participation and full support of our very own School Principal, Ma'am Melany C. Caasi, together with our dedicated teachers and staff, whose collective leadership continues to drive the school's positive initiatives.
We were also deeply privileged to welcome Atty. Dennis Sumega Bohol as our special guest speaker. He shared invaluable legal insights and highlighted the importance of student welfare, guiding participants through meaningful discussions on identifying bullying, protecting overall student well-being, and understanding legal safeguards. The seminar equipped everyone with practical tools to champion empathy and intervention.
Moving forward, Andili NHS remains fully committed to keeping our campus free from fear and harassment. This seminar is just one step in our ongoing journey to foster genuine kindness. Let us all take this advocacy to heartโstand up, speak out, and work together to keep our school a true safe space for everyone.
