As the crescent moon marks the end of our journey through Ramadhan 1447H, the 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 joins the entire Ummah in celebrating 𝐄𝐢𝐝’𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐫.
This month has been more than just a period of fasting; it was a season of profound growth. From our inspiring Seminar Series and the creative energy of the Musabaqah to the quiet moments of reflection at our Iftar Drive, we have grown closer as a community. While we bid farewell to the blessed days of Ramadhan, we carry its lessons—patience, gratitude, and discipline—into the rest of the year.
The significance of this day is beautifully captured in the wisdom of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) who spoke of the divine call to those who have completed their devotion.
"𝑊ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝐸𝑖𝑑’𝑙 𝐹𝑖𝑡𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑠, 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙𝑠 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑑𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑜𝑢𝑡: '𝐺𝑜 𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑡ℎ, 𝑂 𝑀𝑢𝑠𝑙𝑖𝑚𝑠, 𝑡𝑜 𝑎 𝑀𝑜𝑠𝑡 𝐺𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝐿𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑔𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑚𝑢𝑐ℎ 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑟𝑒𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑎 𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡 𝑟𝑒𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑.'" (𝐴𝑙-𝑀𝑢’𝑗𝑎𝑚 𝑎𝑙-𝐾𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑟)
Today, we embrace this reward as one Ummah. It is a day to honor the strength we found in our devotion and the bonds we strengthened in our service to one another.
On this blessed day, we pray that Allah (SWT) accepts our fasts, our prayers, and our humble acts of service. May your homes be filled with peace, your hearts with joy, and your tables with the company of loved ones.
