Our duty doesn't end when the emergency is over. True public service means actively reaching out, building bonds, and showing up for our people when they need it most.

Our response teams recently completed a high-intensity bomb drill exercise and emergency simulation to test our tactical preparedness, discipline, and rapid response capabilities. Under rigorous simulation conditions, this high risk scenario reinforced our commitment to multi-agency coordination, ensuring that our teams can synchronize flawlessly when lives are on the line and every second counts. Thank you to our personnel, partner agencies, and volunteers for your hard work and commitment to making this exercise a success.

Day 2 of the Central Emergency Response Team Refresher Session focused on strengthening essential response skills, teamwork, and coordination.

Under the guidance of CERT Adviser Mikaella R. Basas and Operations Chief Jules Joseph R. Retes, every session reinforced our commitment to serving the community with professionalism, confidence, and excellence.

Together, we train today to protect lives tomorrow.

Central Emergency Response Team was on the ground early this morning to support the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 Kick-Off Motorcade! Alongside our fellow emergency responders, safety offices, and local organizations, we are driving forward the mission to keep our communities informed, alert, and resilient.
