HALAD Mission Group Foundation HALAD Mission Group Foundation (HMGF) is a group of Medical Professionals that offers free Major and Minor Surgical Procedures to the Indigent Population.

HALAD means “to give” “Life is a mission” is the Halad Mission Group Foundation’s official tagline. The group started in the year 2003 founded by Dr. Rolley Rey Lobo, Dr. Ben Hur Catbagan and Dr. Max Libre. The spirit of volunteerism and the passion to help, serve and answer the needs of our indigent brothers and sisters ignited the flame to realize their mission.
