Ang responsibilidad ng isang Mediator ay kusang nangyayari kahit sa hindi inaasahang pagkakataon.
Sukran Kadayangan Mun. Mayor Sir Duma Mascud for the help when I needed a "lifeline" most. A wise and effective mediator doesn't hesitate to call for a lifeline if he/she deems it necessary. Establishing Linkages is so effective.
Just nailed down to a successfull agreement, thru mediation a case, almost half year old case involving 6M amount of property.
Sukran also to the very energetic Mun. Administrator of Kadayangan Mun for acting as geodetic engr (but he is a JD actually). Sobrang na amazed ako. Also to the first lady Maam Mona, bff of my ate Sarah Ganion (and mine too✌😅) for the genuine accomodation and help.

Of course, my thanks also to the parties, who sincerely hugged each other after the mediation process and reached agreement.
Note: mediation process can happened at any stage of the case, upon agreement of the parties. This case has already been Indorsed by the barangay kap for filing in court.
But I, as mediator exerted effort the settle the same out of court para sa economiya ng both parties at ng Bangsamoro.
