Today, August 12, 2026, YES-O conducted an orientation regarding the First Offense for the month of August under Project TAPON. The activity reminded students about proper waste disposal, discipline, and responsibility in maintaining a clean school environment.

🌿 PROJECT CLEAN | FIRST DAY 🌿

Today, August 12, 2026, before classes started, the first day of Project CLEAN was successfully carried out as different school organizations worked together to keep their assigned areas clean and organized.

The YES-O, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Tech-Pro Club, Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Girl Scouts of the Philippines, BKD Club, and SDRRM Club took part in the activity and helped clean their designated zones around the school.

Project CLEAN aims to promote cleanliness, proper waste disposal, and teamwork among students and school organizations. Through this simple effort, we can help keep our school clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone. 💚🌱

Octopuses have three hearts—two pump blood to their gills, while the third pumps blood to the rest of their body. Even more interesting, the heart that supplies the body temporarily stops beating when an octopus swims, which is why they often prefer crawling along the ocean floor.

Their blue blood, which contains a copper-based protein called hemocyanin, helps them survive in cold, low-oxygen waters. These unique adaptations make octopuses some of the most extraordinary creatures in the ocean.
Nature is full of amazing surprises, and the octopus is a perfect example of how incredible life beneath the sea can be!

When insects attack, some plants release chemical signals into the air. Nearby plants can detect these signals and activate their own defenses. 🐛➡️🌱

Who knew plants had their own secret way of communicating? Nature is full of surprises!

Today marks the last Friday of our PROJECT WRAP implementation. As this initiative officially comes to an end, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our teaching and non-teaching personnel for your unwavering cooperation, support, and commitment throughout the project.
Your participation has greatly contributed to the success of this environmental initiative. Although PROJECT WRAP has officially concluded, we sincerely hope that the awareness and habits it has inspired will continue beyond today.
