MASINLOC, ZAMBALES โ In the spirit of fellowship and festivity, the President Ramon Magsaysay State UniversityโMasinloc Campus held its Acquaintance Party cm Induction of Officers on October 30, 2025, at the campus grounds, gathering students, faculty, and staff under the theme โMagpista at Magsaya: Pagkilala at Magkilala.โ
The event commenced with an inspiring welcome message from Campus Director Dr. Myra Liza O. Vizcarra, who emphasized the value of knowing one another and cherishing shared moments within the campus community. This was followed by the formal induction of newly elected student organization officers, officially marking the beginning of their leadership journey.
The inducted student organizations were the Supreme Student Government (SSG), Student Body Organization (SBO), Teaching Individuals through Systematic Education for Responsible and Knowledgeable Organization (TITSER AKO), Business Organization for Students' Success (BOSS), Coalition of Information Technology Enthusiasts (CITE), Building Lives Around Sound Truth (BLAST), The EnviRamonians: Environmental SDGs Implementing Council, and The House of Entrepreneurs: Student Enterprise and Cooperative (THOE).
Dressed in makabayan-inspired fiesta attire, students embodied Filipino culture and festivity throughout the celebration. The program featured dance performances from first-year and second-year students, a special musical number from Bandang Bundok, and a series of games and raffles that energized the crowd.
An experience that brought everyone together was the solidarity lunch, where students from various year levels and programs shared meals, strengthened bonds, and reflected the Filipino spirit of pakikipagkapwa and pagkakaisa.
To conclude the event, Supreme Student Government (SSG) President Dennis Capillo delivered his closing message, commending the collective efforts of organizers and participants. He also encouraged fellow student leaders to continue supporting campus initiatives that promote leadership, service, and shared growth.
The activity stood as a meaningful reminder of PRMSU Masinlocโs enduring commitment to nurturing fellowship, leadership, and pagkakaisa among its studentsโtrue to the call to โMagpista at Magsaya.โ
