Nano an AMMUN?
The Association of Masbateños for MUN (AMMUN) is a community-based MUN organization which was founded on 2 January 2019 with 19 strong Charter Members including the 8 co-founders. AMMUN aims to promote greater awareness and deeper understanding of the United Nations (UN), international politics, ethical diplomacy, and global issues through the participation of members of the organization in Model UN conferences and similar activities. Further, the organization aspires to create a culture of charitable discourse, responsible research, and critical thinking among the youth of the province. As a result of these objectives, we hope that the youth of Masbate will formulate solutions to pressing local, national, and worldwide problems.
