𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮, 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙚ñ𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨!

September is ‘Su***de Prevention Month,’ a call for us to advocate conversations that keep human hearts and souls alive.

Life is a gift from God. While it may be something we never asked for, no gift is ever given without love. To throw it away is to lose that love; it is a loss for families and a loss for our shared humanity.

We all have stories we never tell that inflicted pain, psychologically, socially, mentally, or physically. So, standing by and for one another is the best thing we can do. Let us be kind even in the harshest environments. Let us be courageous even when we are afraid. Let us hope even when it feels impossible.

This September and onwards, may we listen more with our hearts and not solely with our minds.

Stay healthy. Keep moving. Dream big.🫶

𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙢 — "𝙎𝙚𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙮.”

So please start your day with a smile and embrace the present moment, because those negative thoughts in your mind and the pain in your heart won't be there forever but the memories you make in each day will.

You may be so tired of carrying those thoughts, but look at you — still standing, still fighting, still trying. I'm proud of you for being so strong. It’s okay to take a pause and to take care of yourself. You matter. You are enough. You are loved.

Please be gentle with yourself, and don’t forget to seek comfort from God. Remember, you have your family and friends who are ready to listen whenever you’re comfortable sharing your problems.

Keep moving forward. There are a lot of people who are glad that you're here.

On September 10, 2025, the SDO Masbate, through the dedicated efforts of the Project BOSES team, successfully commemorated World Su***de Prevention Day 2025 at Panique National High School.

A total of 200 selected students were empowered with vital knowledge on mental health awareness. The sessions also covered important topics such as Anti-Bullying Guidelines, Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children, and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (CSAEM). These discussions are part of the Division Office of Masbate's ongoing initiatives to promote learner rights and enhance protection measures.

We were honored to have Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Sir Joel Caolboy, who shared an inspiring message encouraging students to enjoy life and cultivate resilience.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the SDO Masbate top management for their unwavering support. Special thanks also to Panique NHS Principal Sir Voltaire Valdemoro, the teaching and non-teaching personnel, and the SSLG Officers for their active participation and commitment to student well-being.

Together, we continue to foster a safe and supportive environment for our learners.💪
