Youth Empowerment; to assist on education of the less fortunate as a means of enhancement a

nd development; to establish a mentoring support system that would enhance self-sufficiency among the youth through various mentoring initiatives and youth programs. Environment; The goal of Fanatxt Texters Club Environment Program is to improve the environmental health and well-being of Masbate’supland and coastal most vulnerable communities, while protecting the province’s natural environment and creating a more equitable province. Community;the goal of Fanatxt Texters Club Community Program is to assist the government in its poverty reduction program campaign in rural areas to elevate the status of living in Masbate Province. Organizational engagement to public and private volunteerism to achieve social development.
