Youth Empowerment; to assist on education of the less fortunate as a means of enhancement and development; to establish a mentoring support system that would enhance self-sufficiency among the youth through various mentoring initiatives and youth programs. Environment; The goal of Fanatxt Texters Club Environment Program is to improve the environmental health and well-being of Masbateโ€™supland and coastal most vulnerable communities, while protecting the provinceโ€™s natural environment and creating a more equitable province. Community;the goal of Fanatxt Texters Club Community Program is to assist the government in its poverty reduction program campaign in rural areas to elevate the status of living in Masbate Province. Organizational engagement to public and private volunteerism to achieve social development.

The National Youth Commission - Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP), established under Republic Act No. 8044, is the official mechanism for registering youth organizations in the Philippines. The webinar aims to raise awareness and promote youth participation by offering guidance on the YORP Online Registration System, covering guidelines, procedures, requirements, benefits, and common applicant concerns, along with success stories of registered organizations and thematic discussions aligned to the Ten (10) centers of participation of the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP).

Interested youth, especially those into entrepreneurship from newly registered youth and youth-serving organizations to YORP, Sangguniang Kabataan, members of Local Youth Development Councils, Local Youth Development Officers, student leaders and youth advocates are highly encouraged to register for free through this link to receive the Zoom meeting credentials.
