The Division Federated Officersโ Oath-Taking Ceremony and Leadership Development Activity was successfully conducted as a meaningful gathering of young leaders committed to service, responsibility, and positive change.
The activity highlighted the formal induction of the newly elected Division Federated Officers, who took their oath and accepted the responsibility of representing and serving their fellow learners. The oath-taking ceremony was led by EnP. Jofer B. Asilum, Founder and President of Damgo Naton Masbate, who also served as the Guest Speaker and Inducting Officer.
The program was further enriched by the Leadership Development Activity, facilitated by Kenneth A. Lim, Education Program Specialist, and Christian Adriel Torres, who served as the Resource Persons.
The activity was headed by the Youth Formation Coordinators, Atty. Dinah Dawn V. Serra, PDO I, and Rose Ann N. Oliva, PDO I, whose commitment and guidance continue to strengthen youth leadership and formation initiatives across the division.
To our newly elected Division Federated Officers, may your oath serve as a constant reminder of the trust placed in you. May you lead not only with your voice, but also through your actions; not only for recognition, but for service; and not only for yourselves, but for the learners and communities you represent.
