Scholarship grant for poor but struggling children in public schools, who are deserving to get a decent education despite poverty. Andaya was a devoted mother of 12, a loving wife, a dedicated teacher and a self-made great educator during her times. While raising a big family of 10 girls and 2 boys, she was also at the same time, raising a future generation of young people aiming to reach their

goals and follow their dreams. She was a fine educator for more than 50 years, and it is a great achievement for her whenever she bumps into a former pupil who is now successful in their own chosen fields or profession, who would just say,’ Mrs. Andaya, ma’am, I would like to say ‘thank you’… I wouldn’t reach where I am now if not for you. You were my Grade 1 teacher and I learned everything first from you”
At the age of 79, she has lived a meaningful and peaceful life. She died a happy woman, a fulfilled teacher and most of all, the best mother that she can ever be. And we would like to immortalize her passion for educating children by helping the poor but struggling children, who are deserving to get a decent education despite poverty, defying the rigors of scarcity , the obstacles posed by geography, and the challenges of cruel society. We are just Eufemia’ s children, trying to share our little blessings to other needy children, fighting it out there.

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate a monumental milestone in our Eufemia Scholarship Foundation's journey!

Today, we proudly recognize ALRICH MANGUBAT as the very first college graduate from our program. Completing a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP BATAAN) is no small feat, and your dedication, resilience, and hard work have truly paid off!

From your first days as one of our pioneer batch of scholars since Grade 8 to this momentous occasion, you have exemplified the spirit of determination and excellence. Your journey has not only inspired your peers but has also set a powerful precedent for your brother/sister Eufemia scholars.

Attending school with a scholarship has assisted me, and many others in meeting our educational expenses. I am so grateful for your generous scholarship.
