The distribution of laptops was held yesterday, August 22,2025, in Barangay San Carlos for the Barangay Digital Hub and Shared Working Space project came from the District Grant of Rotary International District 3790 through the effort of Rotary Club of Mariveles Ecozone led by Pres. Susan M. Murillo.

PP Sherry Ann Murillo, Pres. Kenneth Quizon of the Rotaract Club of Mariveles Freeport, PDRR Fielson Murillo, Councilor Ivan Ricafrente and the Sangguniang Barangay of San Carlos led by PB Jael Ann G. Petalan were present at the said activity.

We will continue to help and create programs that will help our constituents and the community.

A Dose of Care: Rotary and Rotaract for Day Care Families |
August 15, 2025

The Rotary Club of Mariveles Ecozone headed by Pres. Susan M. Murillo and the Rotaract Club of Mariveles Freeport led by Pres. Kenneth Quizon conducted a project at the Sto. Niรฑo 1 Child Development Center, Ipag, Mariveles, Bataan.

Vitamins and food were distributed to parents and students of the said Child Center. The purpose of this project is to help in the health care of the children while also taking care of the health of the parents. There was also a Read Aloud (reading of a story) for the children led by Pres. Susan.

We are very grateful to the parents and Ms. Mary Jane Castroverder, Day Care worker of the Sto. Niรฑo 1 Child Development Center.

The Typhoon Crising swept through parts of the Philippines leaving lots of people homeless or worse. That's why the Rotaract Club of Mariveles Freeport together with the Rotary Club of Mariveles Ecozone is conducting "OPERATION TULONG BAYAN1HAN", a donation drive for the families affected by the Typhoon Crising in the Municipality of Mariveles.

Now is the time, to help who are in need. Your little help makes a lot. Together, we can overcome this catastrophe.
