Celebrating Leadership and New Beginnings: Oath Taking Ceremony 2025
The spirit of leadership and unwavering commitment shine brightly at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Bataan Campus as the Student Council Commission on Election (COMELEC) proudly hosted "Panunumpa 2025" on October 13, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at the ETG Hall. This momentous Oath Taking Ceremony celebrated the induction of the newly elected officers for the Academic Year 2025โ2026.
The afternoon event started with featuring the National Anthem and a heartfelt prayer, setting a tone of unity and purpose. Asst. Prof. Honeylyn R. Dela Rosa, COMELEC Adviser, delivered wonderful opening remarks, followed by Mr. Francis M. Deplomo, COMELEC Chairperson and former Sentral na Konseho ng Mag-aaral President, who delivered motivating words for the newly elected officers to lead with purpose and dedication.
The newly elected presidents of each council also delivered their speeches and accepted the challenge, pledging to serve the student body with integrity and passion. Following this, the formal Turnover of Assets symbolized the passing of the torch a testament to enduring student governance.
The highlight of the event was the official Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony, masterfully conducted by Mr. Deplomo and Mr. Jherome Tejano, COMELEC Vice Chairperson. Each officer, including the PUP Athletic Association, pledged their dedication to serving the students with values and purpose.

The program concluded with inspiring closing remarks and the singing of the PUP Hymn, giving everyone the hype for the journey ahead.
