is an accredited of SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN in City of Malolos Bulacan, and member of LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL which aims to execute and practice its mission and vision in the community. was founded on December 28, 2008 with the help of HPFPI members. NYRO was founded because of some reasons:

enhance youth’s knowledge and personalities. To help youth in facing their fears and help them to cope up with the real life. To be the voice of the youth here in Northville IV
NYRO was legally accredited by the Stock Exchange Commission as a Non-Stock Organization on February 16, 2008 with the SEC number: 200903785 and by then registered on Bureau of Internal Revenue with the Tax Identification Number: 007-261-795
Back in 2008, NYRO organized few numbers of events. There’s the Mini Concert, different pageants, cleanliness projects like sweeping within the community and the annually project, the giving of learning materials that we called as “Unang Baitang sa Kinabukasan Project”
NYRO is different from FRATERNITY, the organization aims to help the community especially the youth, while FRATERNITY is a brotherhood, they may have the same goals and purpose within the community but we never have the same PROCEDURES in making members and we, as the organization are against of violence. In the near future, NYRO is planning to have more projects, like helping the community, giving youth seminars, feeding programs, having sports fest activity for youth and also for elders to exercise camaraderie and organizing pageants as well for entertainment. These will succeed with the help of different individuals, Homeowners Association, Local Government, the organization, the officers and YOU as member of NYRO.
