SUBJECT : REGULATION OF THE ILLEGAL USE OF M5BAI LOGO FOR PERSONAL GAIN

2.)In connection with the above references, the M5BAI logo is a symbol of our organization's values and mission, and it is important that it is used appropriately and ethically. Recently we have noticed that some members have been using the M5BAI logo for their own profit which is not in line with our guidelines.
3.) To address this issue, we will be implementing a stricter letter memo format to regulate the use of M5BAI logo. Members will be required to seek approval before using the logo for any commercial purposes, and any misuse will result in disciplinary action.
4.) It is important to remember that the M5BAI has significant expenses, including the renewal of SEC, BIR, business permits, and mayors permits. Using the logo for personal gain not only goes against our values but also undermines the financial stability of our organization.
5.) We urge all members to respect the guidelines and use of M5BAI logo responsibly
