A heartfelt thank you to all our valued members, officers, and guests who joined us for the FCAP 2nd General Assembly 2026. Celebrating 25 years of excellence in the catering industry, this gathering was a celebration of teamwork, learning, and shared growth!

MPC and FCAP Sign Agreement to Bring Livelihood Training to Communities

MARIKINA CITY — Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC) and the Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP) officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) this morning.

The partnership was signed by MPC President Dr. Rene M. Colocar and FCAP President Mr. Francis T. Sevilla, Jr.

Through this agreement, both institutions will work together to bring "Training-to-Livelihood" programs directly to different communities. The project aims to teach residents practical skills in cooking, and business to help them start their own livelihood projects and earn a sustainable income.

Upon the invitation of former DTI NCR Regional Director Marcy Alcantara, FCAP Chairman Danny Jacinto and Vice Chairperson Irma San Miguel recently attended a strategic briefing hosted by Catalyste+

The meeting focused on the regional rollout of the ELEVaTE program, an impactful initiative aligned with Canada's Indo-Pacific Strategy (IPS). The program is designed to boost economic growth by expanding international trade avenues for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Canada, Indonesia, and the Philippines
