HOW THEN MUST WE LIVE?

1. WE MUST BE WATCHFUL.

Matthew 24:42 NLT
42 “So you, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming.

2. WE MUST BE FAITHFUL.

Luke 12:42-43 NLT
42 And the Lord replied, “A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom the master can give the responsibility of managing his other household servants and feeding them.
43 If the master returns and finds that the servant has done a good job, there will be a reward.

3. WE MUST BE SOBER.

1 Peter 4:7 NLT
7 The end of the world is coming soon. Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your prayers.

4. WE MUST HAVE PURITY.

1 John 3:2-3
2 Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.
3 And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure.

5. WE REPENT.

6. WE MUST BE MODERATE AND CONSIDERATE.

7. WE MUST BE MEEK.

3 Don’t lord it over the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your own good example.

8. WE MUST BE PATIENT.

7 Dear brothers and sisters,[a] be patient as you wait for the Lord’s return. Consider the farmers who patiently wait for the rains in the fall and in the spring. They eagerly look for the valuable harvest to ripen.

9. WE MUST BE SINCERE.

10. WE MUSt BE GODLY.

HOW THE CHILDREN OF GOD MUST LIVE?

1. TURN AWAY FROM EVIL.

22 Stay away from every kind of evil.

14 Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it.

2. LIVE A HOLY LIFE.

Matthew 5:48 NLT
48 But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect.

16 Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in[a] you?

3. DO NOT CONFORM TO THIS WORLD.

4. DO NOT BE EQUALLY YOKE WITH UNBELIEVERS.

14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

5. WE MUST BE INDUSTRIOUS .

6. OBEY YOUR PARENTS AND LEADERS.

Hebrews 13:17 NLT
17 Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.

Today, we celebrate more than your academic achievement—𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒅'𝒔 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔.

There were countless days when you chose to serve before you rested, to minister while carrying the weight of assignments, deadlines, examinations, and responsibilities. 𝒀𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. You remained faithful not only in your studies but, more importantly, in 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

✨ To experience His provision and blessings as we faithfully follow Him.

How do we walk in God's will?
📖 Put God first.
💪 Work diligently.
❤️ Honor God with what belongs to Him.
📚 Live out His Word every day.

May we continue to trust God's perfect plan, obey His Word, and live by faith. His will is always the best path for our lives.
