It brought us together through two exciting weekends filled with laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition.

From our indoor games on the first Sunday β€” Dama, Scrabble, Uno, and Pinoy Henyo β€” to our outdoor sports on the next β€” Badminton, Volleyball, and Basketball β€” these two Sundays were filled with connection and unforgettable memories as one. The sportsmanship and heart shown throughout the Sportsfest are what truly made this event meaningful.

Last Sunday our activity was to dig deeper into fasting when it comes to it being private and public. Fasting has many purposes, all leading us deeper into our relationship with God and shaping our hearts for His calling. πŸ™ŒπŸ»

πŸ“ GYG, let’s remain anchored in His presence! Take time to seek Himβ€”whether in quiet, personal fasting or in united, corporate fasting. Both draw us closer to God and help us grow in faith, humility, and dependence on Him.

Fasting may be done alone or in a group, and there are various ways of practicing it, but the important thing is to do it with a pure heart and motive. Every fast has a purposeβ€”and God meets you in every single one of them. ✨

There are many purposes for fasting that deal with our relationship with God, our service to others, and our spiritual growth.
