❤️ MARAMING MARAMING SALAMAT SA ATING MGA G**O AT SAMAHAN! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Isang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng SPTA, Faculty Officers, Student Leaders at iba’t ibang samahan na nakipag-ugnayan, nakiisa at naging katuwang natin upang maging matagumpay ang ating programa para sa ating mga minamahal na g**o.

🌟 KATUWANG SA PAGLIKHA NG LASTING IMPACT

Taos-puso rin nating pinasasalamatan ang Rotary Club of Marikina Heights sa kanilang buong pusong suporta at pakikiisa sa makabuluhang programang ito para sa ating mga g**o.

Ang libreng gupit, manicure, pedicure, paraffin, raffle at simpleng pagpapasaya ay isang munting paraan upang maiparamdam natin sa ating mga g**o ang ating pagmamahal, respeto at pasasalamat sa kanilang walang sawang paglilingkod sa kabataan.

Ang programang ito ay bahagi ng adhikain ng Rotary District 3800 ngayong taon na “CREATE LASTING IMPACT,” sa pangunguna ng ating District 3800 Governor Gov. Celso Montalla.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng Rotary Club of Marikina Heights, mga paaralan, SPTA, Faculty Officers, volunteers at ating tanggapan, naipapakita natin na ang tunay na serbisyo ay mas nagiging makabuluhan kapag ito ay ginagawa nang may puso, malasakit at kababaang-loob. ❤️

Sa pangunguna ng Tanggapan ni Konsehal Ziffred “Kap Zif” Ancheta, at sa patnubay ng 11th City Council at Vice Mayor Del De Guzman, patuloy tayong makikiisa sa mga programang naglalayong magbigay ng positibong epekto sa ating komunidad.

Sama-sama, may malasakit. Sama-sama, may serbisyo. Sama-sama, lumilikha ng pangmatagalang magandang epekto.

🏆 PASASALAMAT AT PAGPAPAHALAGA

Isang malaking karangalan para sa Rotary Club of Marikina Heights (RCMH) ang pagtanggap ng Plaque of Appreciation mula sa Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Marikina City, bilang pagkilala sa patuloy na service partnership para sa accessible, relevant, quality at liberating basic education.

Sa pangunguna at patnubay ng ating District 3800 Governor Celso Montalla, katuwang ang RCMH President Ziffred Ancheta at Service Project Chairman Rotarian Robby Briones, patuloy nating isinusulong ang mga programang nakatuon sa edukasyon at kapakanan ng ating mga kabataan.

Taos-puso rin ang aming pasasalamat sa Marikina Heights National High School, sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Principal Marina Minggoy, gayundin sa lahat ng mga g**o at school personnel, sa kanilang mainit na pagtanggap, pakikiisa at walang sawang paglilingkod para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

Ang pagkilalang ito ay bunga ng pagtutulungan, pagkakaisa at shared commitment ng Rotary, DepEd, paaralan at mga katuwang sa komunidad.

The Rotary Club of Marikina Heights proudly participated in the Rotary District 3800 Club Learning Facilitation Seminar held today 12 September 2026 at OLOPSC, Marikina City.

This meaningful learning session brought together Rotarians dedicated to strengthening their skills in club facilitation, adult learning, leadership, and effective club learning program design—all with one shared purpose: to turn knowledge into meaningful action and CREATE LASTING IMPACT.

Through continuous learning and collaboration, we empower our members to become more confident, capable, and engaging facilitators who can inspire others and strengthen the culture of learning within our Rotary clubs.

Our heartfelt appreciation to Rotary District 3800 and all the distinguished speakers, facilitators, and organizers for sharing their expertise and creating an enriching learning experience.

❤️ PROJECT KALINGA: We Care, We Share, Hope Everywhere ❤️

On September 4, 2026, the Rotary Club of Marikina Heights, together with our fellow Rotary Clubs of Zone 4&B, came together for a meaningful Project Kalinga at H. Bautista Elementary School, reaching 500 beneficiaries—children and adults, including our beloved senior citizens.

This joint service initiative was more than just an outreach—it was a celebration of compassion, unity, and hope. Through relief operations, humanitarian assistance, feeding, medical assistance, disaster response, and other services, we shared not only resources but also our time, care, and genuine concern for our community.

From the youngest beneficiaries to our senior citizens, every smile reminded us why we serve. Project Kalinga is a testament to what we can accomplish when Rotary Clubs unite with one purpose: to make a difference in the lives of others and create lasting impact.

A heartfelt thank you to all the Rotarians, volunteers, partners, and everyone who made this project possible. Together, we continue to live the Rotary spirit of Service

PROJECT KATOTOHANAN: THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK. VERIFY BEFORE YOU SHARE.

The Rotary Club of Marikina Heights proudly joined fellow Rotary Clubs in bringing Project Katotohanan to more than 3,000 sectoral leaders, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, in District 2 of Marikina City.

With the theme “Think Before You Click, Verify Before You Share,” the project promoted digital responsibility, media literacy, and the importance of building a community that values truth, accountability, and informed decision-making.

High Impact President Minaluz Satorre of the Rotary Club of Metro Marikina discussed why fake news continues to spread, especially on social media, and shared practical ways to identify misleading information—such as checking sources, looking beyond headlines, and using trusted fact-checking tools. High Impact President Atty. Paul Jordan Aguilar of the Rotary Club of Marikina highlighted the legal responsibilities of individuals when posting or sharing false, malicious, or damaging information online, including provisions under Republic Act 10175, the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

The project was made possible through the support of High Impact President Rodney Managat of the Rotary Club of Marikina Hilltop and Loida Nabaunag of the Rotary Club of Marikina Valley.

The event was organized by President Ziffred Ancheta of the Rotary Club of Marikina Heights, demonstrating how collaboration among Rotary Clubs can create meaningful and lasting impact in the community.

Beyond education and advocacy, hot meals were also provided to participants, adding an element of care and fellowship to the initiative. Because in today’s digital world, every click matters, every share carries responsibility, and every truth can create impact.

The Rotary Club of Marikina Heights successfully conducted its 2nd Regular Meeting and Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting for August 2026 at Yen Bar, Zif Resort—bringing together Rotarians in an evening of fellowship, meaningful conversations, and renewed commitment to Service.

More than just a meeting, it was an opportunity for our members to connect, share ideas, and strengthen the spirit of camaraderie that keeps our club united. Over good conversations and drinks with friends, we discussed our upcoming activities, service projects, and club initiatives, ensuring that every plan is aligned with our goal of creating meaningful and lasting impact in the communities we serve.

On 20 July 2026, the Rotary Club of Marikina Heights was honored to attend and show our full support to the Rotary Club of Pasig Premier during their Club Handover Ceremony.

A club handover is more than a transition of leadership—it is a celebration of continuity, service, fellowship, and commitment to the community. By being present and supporting fellow Rotary clubs during these important milestones, we strengthen the bonds that unite us as Rotarians.
