19th Regular Club Meeting

A productive evening as we discussed our upcoming 41st Anniversary celebration, reflected on the recently concluded 2nd Leg Bowling Tournament, and reviewed the current status and direction of our club.

Moments like these remind us that behind every project and event is a shared commitment to serve, connect, and grow together.

World Water Day đź’§

Water is life. It means health, dignity, and opportunity for every community.

As Rotarians, we don’t just raise awareness we take action. From building access to clean water to supporting communities in need, every effort creates a lasting impact.

Let this be a reminder that even a single drop can change a life.

18th Regular Club Meeting 🤝
We came together to share updates, discuss upcoming impact projects, and strengthen the bond that keeps our club moving forward. Beyond the agenda, it’s the conversations and shared purpose that truly matter.

Rotary District 3800 – Intercity Zone 4 Meeting ⚙️

Rotarians from different clubs in the zone came together for an evening of connection, learning, and meaningful conversations. Members had the chance to reconnect, share stories, and hear about the different impact projects and initiatives of each club—showing how service continues to create positive change in many communities.

The meeting was made even more meaningful through the inspiring messages of District Governor Gina Sanchez and DGN Sherrylou Khosiking, whose words reminded everyone of the value of unity, commitment, and service in Rotary. Their messages added depth to the gathering and encouraged all members to continue making a difference through purposeful action.

After the program, the night flowed into fellowship, where members from different clubs enjoyed more kwentuhan, laughter, and shared moments together. It was a simple but meaningful reminder that beyond the projects and meetings, Rotary is also about friendship, connection, and growing stronger together.

Young Mothers Buntis Seminar 🤰👶

In celebration of Maternal and Child Health Month this March 2026, Rotary Club of Marikina Central continues its commitment to serve and uplift communities through initiatives that support mothers and children.

Through the Young Mothers Buntis Seminar, we aim to empower teenage and first-time mothers with the right knowledge, care, and community support they need for a safe and healthy pregnancy journey. The seminar covers essential topics such as understanding pregnancy, proper nutrition for both mother and baby, preparing for safe delivery, and mental health and postpartum readiness.

More than just a seminar, this initiative is about compassion, guidance, and making sure every mother feels supported during one of the most important stages of her life. As part of the program, we also distributed basic maternity kits, vitamins, milk, diapers, and other essential items to selected expecting mothers to help them prepare for the arrival of their babies.

This project is made possible in collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club of Marikina Central and the Knights of Columbus – Marikina Valley Council 6178, whose partnership helps strengthen our shared mission of caring for families and building healthier communities.

Together, we continue to live the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self, working hand in hand to create a future where mothers are empowered and children are given the healthy start they deserve.

Because every mother deserves guidance —
and every child deserves a healthy start. đź’«
