Give an Hour for Earth ✨🌍

Nakikiisa ang DENR National Capital Region sa pandaigdigang gawain na Earth Hour 2026, 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM, isang simple ngunit makapangyarihang panawagan para sa pangangalaga ng ating planeta.

Sa loob ng isang oras, inaanyayahan ang lahat, mga tahanan, tanggapan, at establisyimento sa buong Metro Manila, na i-switch off ang ilaw at mga hindi kinakailangang appliances bilang simbolo ng ating sama-samang pagkilos laban sa climate change.

Higit pa rito, ang Earth Hour ay paalala ng ating responsibilidad na pangalagaan ang kalikasan sa araw-araw, mula sa pagtitipid ng enerhiya, tamang paggamit ng likas na yaman, hanggang sa pagsuporta sa mga programang pangkalikasan.

Sa isang oras ng pagkakaisa, nagkakaroon tayo ng liwanag para sa kinabukasan. Sama-sama tayong makibahagi, para sa kalikasan, para sa susunod na henerasyon.

𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑫𝑬𝑹𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑷 is not just about holding a position—it is about continuing a mission and inspiring others to serve. Today marks a meaningful moment as we witness the turnover of leadership in the 𝒀𝑬𝑺-𝑶 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing 𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗚. 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 (S.Y. 2025–2026) of 𝗦𝗦𝗦 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 for his dedication, commitment, and service. His leadership has helped strengthen the organization and inspire fellow youth environmentalists.
