It's a new day and a new start for the students of MHNHS as they gather for the first flag ceremony of the school year. Isang makabuluhang pagpupulong ito na nagpapaalala sa atin ng ating tungkulin at pagkakaisa. This meaningful event was made possible through the dedication, effort, and leadership of our hardworking SSLG officers — thank you for stepping forward, organizing everything, and guiding us with enthusiasm and responsibility. Your commitment truly set a positive and inspiring tone for the days ahead. Together with their lead, the ceremony was a great success. We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the students, teachers, and staff of Marikina Heights National High School for your active participation, cooperation, and respect throughout the program.

To our school, thank you for never forgetting to highlight the unique identity of us Marikeños through this simple yet important ceremony. Let us continue to look up, sing with pride, and carry the values of good character as we embrace our identity as citizens of the Philippines and responsible Marikeños. Ngayong 𝗶𝗸𝗮-12 𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘆𝗼, ating ipinagdiriwang ang Araw ng Kalayaan—isang mahalagang yugto ng ating kasaysayan na sumisimbolo ng pagmamahal at pagkakaisa ng mga pilipino para sa ating bansa.

Ating binibigyang-pugay ang katatagan at kadakilaan sa bayan ng mga bayaning nagsakripisyo upang makamit ang kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon.

“You can count on us like one, two, three… we’ll be there! 🎵

Once again, Brigada Eskwela has proven that a simple event can bring all of us together toward a common goal: to make our school a better place. Nothing is impossible as long as there is teamwork.

We would like to extend our deepest and most sincere gratitude to everyone—students, clubs and organizations, parents, teachers, and volunteers—for investing your time, effort, and heart into preparing the school for the upcoming school year.

The five days of work were not easy, but thanks to everyone’s coordination and cooperation, this event—led by the SSLG—has become a meaningful and valuable experience for all. Because of your combined efforts, our school is now cleaner, brighter, and fully ready to open its doors, filled with a wonderful spirit of unity and collaboration.

Let us continue to spread positivity and joy throughout this school year. Maraming salamat po! 🙏✨

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 is not just a celebration, it is a continuous movement against inequality and lack of basic human rights.

This June, we acknowledge the members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Let this month be a reminder that love and acceptance are not partial and optional—it should be for everyone, despite our differences. Let us keep in mind; we don't have to be part of the community to be a supporter, we just have to be human.

Showing love and acceptance to those who are within the community shouldn't be limited to the month of June only, let us show them that they belong, matter, and are acknowledged beyond just one month.
