Rover Scout Circle 917

Formerly known as Marikina Rover Scout Circle 45, a school-based Rover Scout Circle, the Circle Leadership decided to re-register as a community-based Rover Scout Circle to continue serving the community. sistant Circle Manager for Program and Assistant Circle Manager for Administration, with guidance from the Institutional Scouting Head (ISH) and Institutional Scouting Representative (ISR). The Circle is open for membership for Rover Scouts and Rover Peers in Marikina City. The Circle aims to give back to the community through its programs, both through its own and through joint efforts with other Circles. RSC 917 is duly registered under the BSP Marikina City Scouts Council (formerly known as the Metro Manila East Council) and reports to the BSP Marikina City Scouts Council District 2 Commissioner and the Deputy Council Program Commissioner for the Rover Scout Section.
