Sa pagsapit ng Pasko 2025, nawa’y manaig ang tunay na diwa ng pag-ibig, pagkakaisa, at pag-asa.
Sa panahong ito ng pagbibigayan at pagninilay, nawa’y matuto tayong tumigil sa walang saysay na awayan, wakasan ang diskriminasyon sa anumang anyo, at tuldukan ang nakawan sa kaban ng bayan na patuloy na nagpapahirap sa sambayanan. Ang Pasko ay paalala na iisa lamang ang ating pagkatao, pantay-pantay, may dangal, at karapat-dapat igalang.

Nawa’y maging panahon ito ng pagbubukas ng isipan at puso. Panahon ng pakikinig, pag-unawa, at pagtanggap. Hindi hadlang ang kasarian, identidad, paniniwala, o estado sa buhay upang magmahal at magmalasakit. Sa halip, ang ating pagkakaiba-iba ang siyang nagpapayaman sa ating komunidad at nagpapalakas sa ating bayan.

Bilang isang komunidad, nananawagan ang LGBTQIA+ Marihatag ng isang lipunang ligtas, makatao, at makatarungan isang lipunang walang takot, walang panghuhusga, at walang naiiwan. Ipaglaban natin ang respeto, itaguyod ang katotohanan, at panagutin ang mga umaabuso sa kapangyarihan. Ang tunay na pagbabago ay nagsisimula sa bawat isa sa atin.

Ngayong Pasko, piliin natin ang pag-ibig kaysa p**t, pagkakaisa kaysa pagkakahati, at katotohanan kaysa kasinungalingan. Sama-sama tayong maglakad tungo sa mas maliwanag at makatarungang kinabukasan.
