We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our advisers, 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐝𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳, for their unwavering guidance, encouragement, and support throughout this journey.

Our utmost appreciation also goes to our dedicated alumni—𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝐃𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐥𝐚𝐨-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚—for selflessly helping train our challengers despite the limited time. Truly, all the hard work has paid off.

We are also deeply thankful to our instructors during the Emergency First Aid Training (EFAT): 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐏. 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐀. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐆. 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬, for sharing their knowledge and expertise.

To our ever-supportive teachers who stood by us—not only morally but especially financially—thank you for believing in our capabilities and for never doubting our skills as first aiders. Though we may not be able to mention everyone by name, God knows your generosity, and may He return it a hundredfold.

𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. From rigorous training sessions and late-night practices to moments of doubt and pressure, our challengers chose to stand firm and push beyond their limits. Each challenge became a lesson, each setback a stepping stone, and each success a reminder of why we serve.

This journey strengthened not only our skills in first aid but also our bond as a team—shaping us into disciplined leaders, compassionate volunteers, and committed servants of humanity.

This victory is not ours alone to celebrate, but for everyone who supported, guided, and believed in us throughout this journey.

On 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗–𝟑𝟎, the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 - 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 successfully carried out the 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑨𝒊𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 (𝑬𝑭𝑨𝑻) in collaboration with the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬.⛑️ This two-day program served as an important opportunity for our student participants to deepen their readiness, discipline, and commitment to service.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the esteemed instructors from the Philippine Red Cross, Ilocos Norte Chapter — 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐏. 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐀. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐆. 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐚𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬 — whose expertise, patience, and guidance greatly enriched the training experience. Their dedication ensured that every trainee gained valuable knowledge and practical competence.

Throughout the sessions, students were thoroughly engaged as they learned essential life-saving skills such as 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 (𝐁𝐋𝐒), including 𝐂𝐏𝐑, as well as 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 and 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 designed to build teamwork and quick response. The training empowered participants with the confidence and foundational abilities needed to respond effectively in times of emergency.

The MNHS Red Cross Youth Council expresses its gratitude to everyone who made this training possible and meaningful. With the support of the Philippine Red Cross, our young volunteers continue to grow as prepared, responsible, and service-oriented individuals.⛑️
