Division of Lanao Del Sur -1 Conducts 12-Point Agenda Orientation Under Ruby Cares Project

The Division of Lanao Del Sur-1 through the Division Learning Resource Management and Development Process Unit led by Supervisor Junaid G. Saligoin, JD concurrently Adopt Supervisor of MBHTE- Municipality of Piagapo together with Resource Speakers EPS Noraida P. Mecampong, PhD, Division Alternate DIO Yasreen Abdullah and Division Yes-O/YFD Coordinator Farhan P. Macapandi, MAELT, successfully conducted the Orientation on 12-Point Agenda Under Ruby Cares on October 19, 2025 at Kalimudan Function Hall, NRDM Bldg., Marawi City.
LDS-1 Schools Division Superintendent Rubina Mimbantas Macabenar, PhD. graced the event. In her speech, SDS Macabenar shared valuable insights and inspiration to the 376 education workers of Piagapo, highlighting the importance of unity and collaboration in delivering quality education.
The orientation featured presentations on 12-Point Agenda Under RUBY CARES
Raising Up Bangsamoro Youth Through Connecting The Academics, Resources and Enhanced Services. The agenda is anchored on the 7 Principles of Bangsamoro Education Code and crafted to address pivotal needs within Division of Lanao Del Sur -1 under the leadership of SDS Rubina M. Macabenar, PhD. The agenda designed to target interventions for substantial gaps in the access of basic education to ensure alignment of every action point in providing meaningful, responsive and relevant quality education to all Bangsamoro learners in Lanao Del Sur -1.
