They also hope that through RIFPAD Programs and Services, they can contribute to shape a dynamic society that recognizes and respects diverse cultures and peoples, and help achieve a bright future and peaceful horizon for the people they serve. RIFPAD Incorporated is a non-stock, non-profit, and non-government organization formed in January 2, 2010 and was formally launched the organization on July 5, 2010 and Registered on July 5,2011 in Security Exchange Commission at Cagayan De Oro City
