Because of the increasing crisis on peace and development in Lanao Del Sur, the head of the chapter propose to the national council members of the UNYPAD to have their own operation to address the crisis into more particular approach. This proposal was not for a total separation but merely to strengthen the main objective of the organization. However, On June 18, 2010 the UNYPAD-Relief Assistance Network and Organization Inc, (UNYPAD-RANAO) registered and approved to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at Cagayan de Oro City Extension Office, with Certificate Number 201028418. This Non-Government Organization (NGO?s) is Base in Marawi City, and shall currently work with 10 permanent office staff and 4 community base project staff. This new Non-Government Organization (NGO?s) structure is responsible in spearheading and managing the implementation of all development projects to the marginalized Bangsamoro Maranao community particular to the conflict affected area in province of Lanao del Sur, and also shall represent the organization in dealing with the humanitarian partners and funding agency operating in Lanao Del Sur and Marawi City, with the under supervision of UNYPAD National Leadership and United Youth for Peace and Development- Ranao provincial chapter.
