The "Markaz" as is popularly known is a non-profit, non-government organization founded in 1978 by a group of Filipino students abroad, and in particular at the State of Kuwait, headed by the late Mohammad Qassem Malaco Tarusan. It was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Manila in 1983. The Markaz is primarily committed to the total development of the youth - its potential role in community building, in effecting change through education, social reform, and in reaching out people and community, enjoining what is lawful and forbidding what is harmful, and in respecting the basic rights and duties of man to others, his society, the environment, and to God Almighty in the best ways possible. Strategically, the Markaz strictly adheres to the Qur'anic gudance: "Say thou: This is my way, I do invite unto God on evidence clear as the seeing with one's eyes, I and whoever follows me, Glory to God! And never will I join gods with God" (S.XII-108) and the Prophet saying (May Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him): "I have left unto you two things, for as long as you hold unto it, never shall thou be misguided after me: the Book of Allah (Qur'an) and my Ways (Sunnah)"- Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah.

Markazosshabab continues to move forward with purpose and vision through two significant milestones that reflect our commitment to organizational excellence and the future of Islamic da'wah.

Our two-day 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (ETP) brought together leaders, educators, and Tarbiya workers to strengthen their understanding of the foundation's educational direction. The training provided practical guidance on implementing the Tarbiya program, ensuring that our mission of nurturing knowledgeable, disciplined, and committed Muslims is carried out with greater unity, consistency, and excellence. Investing in people remains the heart of every successful organization.

Building on this momentum, Markazosshabab proudly launched its Foundation 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦—𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧'𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

More than a technological advancement, this marks the beginning of a new era of institutional development. By connecting the entire foundation through one integrated system, we are strengthening organizational management, improving coordination among departments and branches, enhancing data accuracy, and promoting transparency and efficiency across all our operations.

Together, these two demonstrate that true progress is achieved by developing both people and systems. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐛 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲.

This is more than a system. It is the beginning of a new chapter for Markazosshabab—where faith, knowledge, and innovation move forward together.
