MARAWI CITY – The Mindanao State University–Main Campus College of Education Quizzers’ Club (MSU CED QC) proudly celebrates another milestone of excellence as three of its alumni from the "Ayana" batch successfully passed the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), bringing honor to the institution and reaffirming its strong academic foundation.

This achievement reflects the perseverance, discipline, and dedication of the alumni, who have carried forward the values and training instilled during their academic journey. Their success stands as a testament to the quality preparation and commitment to excellence fostered within the MSU College of Education.

April 26, 2026 – The MSU CED Quizzers’ Club successfully held its Acceptance Day for its aspirants. The event marked a meaningful milestone as the aspirants were formally welcomed into the organization, signifying the beginning of their journey as official members.

The event marked the culmination of rigorous, semester-long evaluations that tested the applicants’ knowledge, teamwork, and commitment to the club’s goals. This final phase celebrated not only their intellectual excellence, but also the perseverance and determination that brought them this far.

The program highlighted talent showcases, rigorous evaluation by the committee, and the awarding of certificates of membership, marking the aspirants’ official transition into the club. With the event’s success, the organization proudly welcomed a new generation of members ready to bring their talents, intellect, and enthusiasm to future QC endeavors.

With fresh faces and renewed purpose, the CED Quizzers’ Club looks forward to a dynamic and exciting academic year ahead.

Out of forty-four (44) aspirants who journeyed through Phases 1 to 5, only twenty-seven (27) have successfully earned their place on the big stage!

April 11, 2026 — QC Aspirants reached another significant milestone as they successfully carried out Phase 5 of their training, which focused on the organization and implementation of a quiz show. The event was held at the Social Hall of the New Building, College of Education, and was anchored on the theme “Avatar,” featuring five competitive rounds.

This phase challenged the aspirants to conceptualize, organize, and lead a quiz show, with official members of the MSU CED Quizzers’ Club serving as participants. Beyond competition, Phase 5 became a comprehensive test of the aspirants’ teamwork, coordination, leadership, and stage management skills, requiring them to seamlessly execute every aspect of the event from planning to delivery.

Following an intense and spirited competition marked by sharp intellect and dynamic exchanges, the following teams emerged victorious:

March 28, 2026 – The Mindanao State University College of Education Quizzers’ Club (MSU CED - QC) conducted its Phase 4: Quiz Bowl at the Social Hall, New Building, College of Education. The event gathered twenty-seven aspirants to compete in rounds testing their knowledge, quick thinking, and strategic skills in subjects such as English, Filipino, Math, Science, Social Studies, T.L.E., and Current Events.

The competition tested the participants’ teamwork while highlighting their individual expertise, with questions that demanded both factual knowledge and critical thinking. The hall buzzed with anticipation as each team showcased their preparation and determination to excel.

After four intense rounds of questioning and point scoring, Team 2 emerged as champion, composed of Arham U. Kurangking, Sailane M. Ebrahem, and Aisara B. Alonto. Following closely, Team 6, consisting of Roseminda G**o, Alaiza A. Omar, and Al-Jannah M. Yahya, secured first runner-up, while Team 1, represented by Almer A. Lianto, Nesryn M. Moctar, and Norcima T. Dotusme, placed second runner-up.

Congratulations once again, Aspirants! You did an excellent job throughout the rounds, and we look forward to seeing you in Phase 5: Project Implementation!

Creativity took center stage as the Mindanao State University College of Education – Quizzers’ Club (MSU CED QC) successfully conducted the third stage of its five-phase application process, the Tickler Signing, from February 21 to March 13, 2026.

Phase 3 gave aspirants the opportunity to demonstrate their dedication to the club through assigned tasks while fostering connections with fellow candidates, with creativity highlighted in personalized scrapbooks showcasing information from officers, members, and co-aspirants.

As Phase 3 concluded, all eyes now turn to Phase 4: Quiz Bowl. In this upcoming stage, aspirants will step into the spotlight as quizzers, participating in a quiz show conducted by the Quizzers’ Club members.

As excitement continues to build, Phase 4 promises to be a dynamic showcase of intellect, confidence, and passion for the QC community.
