The Moro Islam!c Liberation Front (M!LF), through the Office of the Chairman, issued Memorandum Order No. 013, Series of 2026, dated 10 June 2026, reconstituting the M!LF Peace Implementing Mechanisms to sustain, strengthen, and effectively oversee the implementation of all peace agreements between the M!LF and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP), ensuring the continuity of the Bangsamoro Peace Process during the transition toward full normalization and operationalization of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Under the memorandum, 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗱 “𝗔𝗯𝘂 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻” 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗝𝗧𝗙𝗖𝗧) 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗶 “𝗠𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀” 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸. The JTFCT is mandated to coordinate peace implementation efforts, monitor developments, address concerns arising from the implementation of peace agreements, facilitate consultations with concerned stakeholders, and submit periodic reports and recommendations to the Office of the Chairman and the M!LF Central Committee.

The memorandum took effect immediately upon issuance and shall remain in force until revoked or amended by the Chairman of the M!LF.
