🔍 THE 5I MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
To ensure the quality of our brotherhood, all aspirants will undergo the official TFOE-PE recruitment stages:
* INTERVIEW 🗣️
Submit your Letter of Intent. Our screening committee (Jury) will conduct background checks and interviews to assess your character, honor, financial stability, and commitment to service.
* INTRODUCTION 🤝
Successful interviewees will be introduced to the general membership. Your names will be circulated nationwide to ensure there are no objections to your entry into the fraternity.
* INITIATION 🕯️
Aspirants will participate in the solemn rites of Eagleism. You will be required to memorize the Eagleism, Universal Prayer, Eagles Pledge, and the Hymn.
* INCUBATION ⏳
A mandatory 3-month waiting period. During this time, you must attend 3 monthly general meetings and participate in 3 community service projects.
* INDUCTION 🦅
The final step! After completing the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL) orientation, you will officially be inducted as a regular member.
