This two-day gathering brought together youth leaders across Lanao del Sur, united by a shared purpose: to lead, to serve, and to uplift our communities. More than just a training, it became a space for reflection on what it truly means to be a young Bangsamoro leader in todayโs time.
As part of the Bangsamoro generation, we recognize that leadership is not only about position, it is about character, responsibility, and action. We are called to build ourselves continuously, to seek mentorship, and to expand our networks, because growth does not happen in isolation. Opportunities come not only from what we know, but from how we share, embody, and communicate that knowledge to others.
Grounded in the rich history of the Bangsamoro people marked by resilience, struggle, and identity, we are reminded of our role in preserving who we are. Despite modern challenges faced by the youth today, we stand firm in our commitment to protect our identity, strengthen our voices, and contribute to a just and progressive Bangsamoro society.
This experience strengthened our passion to lead with purpose, to speak with impact, and to act with integrity. As young leaders, we move forward not only inspired but empowered to create meaningful change.
We are proud of the three of you for representing the Forestry Ecological Society on a provincial-level leadership training. May you bring back to our organization the knowledge, insights, and experiences you have gained to further strengthen our mission and service.
