As we bid farewell to the blessed month of Ramadan, our hearts are filled with both gratitude and longing—for it has been a time of deep reflection, unwavering faith, and meaningful connection. May the lessons of patience, gratitude, and compassion that we have embraced during this sacred month remain with us, guiding our actions and strengthening our character throughout the entire year.

With renewed hearts and uplifted spirits, we welcome the joyous celebration of Eid—a meaningful occasion that reminds us to continue upholding the values of generosity, resilience, and service to others. FEAST OF HOPE: Iftar and Donation Drive

Alhamdulillah!

The United Youth for Peace and Development ( UNYPAD) - Marawi City Chapter and Lanao del Sur Chapter are greateful for the success of our two separate iftar programs held in the Municipality of Saguiaran and Marawi City, during this month of Ramadan.

We thank everyone who supported, donated, and help make this possible—your kindness truly made a meaningful a difference to those we served.

May Allah accept our efforts, reward everyone involved, and continue to bless us with opportunities to help others. May we carry this spirit of generosity beyond Ramadan.

FEAST OF HOPE: IFTAR AND DONATION DRIVE UPDATE | March 03, 2026

Assalamu Alaikum!

Alhamdulillah, we are grateful to share that we are continously receiving support from kind-hearted individuals in our community. We sincerely thank everyone who has contributed financially—your trust and generosity mean so much to us.

At this time, cash donations totaling ₱5,300 are the only form of donation we have collected and received.

However, we are also looking forward to receiving in-kind donations such as:
✅ Food packs / grocery items
✅ Rice
✅ Bottled water
✅ School supplies (for Brigada Madrasah)
✅ Other essential supplies

Your in-kind donations will greatly help us expand our support and directly provide needed items to our beneficiaries.

Feast of Hope: Iftar and Donation Drive | Official Launching

Assalamu Alaikum! In this blessed month of Ramadan, we, the United Youth for Peace and Development – Marawi City Chapter, in collaboration with the Lanao del Sur Chapter, are proud to officially launch our Feast of Hope initiative—an Iftar and Donation Drive rooted in compassion, unity, and service.

This initiative is part of UNYPAD's ongoing programs in humanitarian service and community development. It reflects our organization's long-standing commitment to community service, youth development, and helping those in need. Over the years, we have continued to implement programs that address the needs of sectors that are most in need, and the Feast of Hope, like our other initiatives, is one of the concrete proofs of our unwavering passion for advocacy and support.

Through this initiative, we aim to provide iftar meals and meaningful support for women, the youth sector, toril students, and orphans—communities who continue to strive for growth, learning, and resilience despite daily challenges.

In addition, we will be conducting a Brigada Madrasah, a community-driven effort to support and uplift our madaris by providing needed assistance and resources. We are open to collecting all types of materials and in-kind donations for our target communities and madrasah—including school supplies, learning materials, hygiene kits, food items, and other useful resources.

We humbly encourage our brothers and sisters to take part in this noble cause. Your generosity—whether in cash or in kind—will directly help nourish, uplift, and empower those in need.

Every contribution, no matter the amount, is a form of sadaqah and a source of blessing.
Together, we can transform simple acts of kindness into real hope and lasting impact.

RANON KO KALUMBAYAN: PROJECT IFTAR AND RAMADHAN TREAT

Assalamulaykum! Alhamdulillah with the help and support of our donors and volunteers, Kalakelintad and United Youth for Peace and Development - Marawi City Chapter was able to deliver a grocery package and cash worth ₱3,300.00 to our dear morits in MARKAZ AL YATEEMAT LITAHFIEDHIL QUR- ANIL KAREEM
WA LITAALEYMIL LUGATIL ARABIYAH (Siap Ko Wata Ilo) located at Saguiaran Lanao del Sur.

Currently, there are more than 48 orphans in this toril headed by Ustadh Saiben Aponto along with 6 ustadhzas who are voluntarily teaching in the said toril.

Those children came from different municipalities in Lanao del Sur.

As they requested, we didn't take any pictures of them, particularly the children (morits) for their privacy concerns.

Furthermore, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our generous individual donors and volunteers who exerted efforts to fulfill this cause. May Allah bless you and accept your duas and ibadas Ameen.

RANON KO KALOMBAYAN | DONATION DRIVE

Assalamo alaikom!

The United Youth for Peace and Development - Marawi City Chapter and KaLAKELimtad, once again, will be joined force together for "Ramadhan Iftar Program- 2023"

Last year, we were able to catered and provide a free iftar to one of the torils in Marawi City, where nearly 100 orphaned children and morits benefitted with the iftar program and recieved essential grocery package.

Now, we are once again knocking with your kindness and greatness. Any form of financial assistance and in-kind donation will be highly appreciated. This purpose-driven program will aim to cater selected torils of Saguiaran, Marawi, and Marantao.

On August 30 - 31, 2022, the Bangsamoro Development Agency conducted a 2-day Training on Basic Human Rights for Community Human Rights Advocates at Curly frost, Marawi City from Brgy. Lilod, Wato-Balindong and Brgy. Malimono, Marawi City as their partner areas in Ranao Province for the SUBATRA-ECSO (Enhancing Civil Society Organizations' capacities for inclusive Development Intervention in BARMM In Support to Bangsamoro Transition).

The said event made possible with the help of Unypad Ranao Inc. as the representing CSO of the League of Bangsamoro Organizations - LBO Inc. in Ranao Province thru United Youth for Peace and Development, Inc.

The training is in relevance to the implementation of the SUBATRA-ECSO that works for the Component 4 of the SUBATRA Programme- Justice and Society Project.

It generally aims to contribute to a peaceful, cohesive, secure and inclusively developed Bangsamoro. The project is funded by European Union (EU) and Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
