Hello batchmates! This year's Alumni Homecoming is a 2-day celebration of fun and activities on December 29 and 30 . Host is Batch '87, the Silver Jubilarians.
December 29, Saturday
5:30 am ----- fun run ----- registration is P30 for the 3k run and P50 for the 5k.
8 am ----- exhibit with pictures in running board at the AVR of Holy Cross themed "Those were the days ... Holy Cross High School days."
(special and important events or activities, achievements per decade in the history of Holy Cross starting from 1952 - 1959, 1960 - 1969, 1970 - 1979 and so on until the present.)
-- Attorney Lomoya will talk about the legalities of the Crossian Ray Foundation Inc. (a scholarship grant for deserving high school students). Dr. Elmer Angus is the chair of the organizing committee of the Crossian Ray Foundation Inc.
-- Simultaneous with the exhibit is the Zumba to be led by Mrs. Ruth Osorio, a certified Zumba instructor followed by the alumni karaoke idol and a ballroom dancing in that order.
December 30, Sunday (Alumni Day)
-- Registration will start at 6:30 am with a fee of P50 and up for those who are willing to give more.
-- Mass at 8:30 am by Fr. Oliver Berdejo, a Holy Cross alumni of Batch '89, followed by a parade around the plaza. Right after will be the program proper at Holy Cross.
-- 1 pm -- General Assembly at the AVR or the school quadrangle if cannot be accommodated.
-- among the activities are the recognition of Holy Cross teachers after a dance number, presentation of all batches especially the jubilarians and co-hosts.
-- games (larong Pinoy) including the seniors
-- there will be 2 live bands -- ( 1 for the seniors who will cater to their brand of music and the other one for the younger generation. ( this will start at 4 pm), there will also be raffle prizes before the 2nd live band.
** Holy Cross alumni can sell food,drinks,crafts, etc. c/o the jubilarians ( 10 booths will be available) **
