Somehow, the days that once felt endless became memories we wish we could hold onto a little longer.
To our graduating Batch of 2026,
Today, we celebrate more than the end of medical school. We celebrate every version of you that made it here, the student who was afraid but kept going, the friend who stayed when things got difficult, the future physician who chose compassion even on the hardest days.
You have walked through years that asked so much of you. You gave your time, your energy, your sleep, and countless pieces of yourselves to this journey. There were moments of doubt, moments of exhaustion, and moments when you wondered if you were truly ready.
But you kept showing up.
And now, here you are.
As you take your final steps as medical students and begin your journey as physicians, may you never forget the people who walked beside you, the communities who trusted you, and the experiences that reminded you why you chose medicine in the first place.
May you carry with you the lessons that cannot be found in textbooks, the courage to listen, the humility to learn, the strength to persevere, and above all, the compassion to see the person behind every patient.
May you always continue to serve with a heart that remembers.
Remember the hands you held.
Remember the stories you heard.
Remember the people who believed in you. Remember the reason you began.
And when you look back, we hope you realize that you were never simply surviving medical school.
You were becoming someone.
Someone who will heal.
Someone who will serve.
Someone who will make a difference.
