A charity foundation that yields to inspire Filipino Youth and have small contribution to our country. A nation of young people who are deeply committed to a holistic approach of developing individuals who will be imbued with Filipino values, humane principles and morale actions and will serve as a catalyst in responding to the society’s changing needs and in balancing social atmosphere. We, the image of Filipino youth, imploring the aid of Almighty God in order to form a more perfect society, establish equality, ensure domestic camaraderie, provide for the common interest, promote general welfare and secure the sanctity of freedom to ourselves and to succeeding generations, do ordain and establish this constitution.
