With the weather getting hotter each day, it is important to be aware of the early signs of a heat stroke. Immediate symptoms include:
* Intense headache
* Dizziness
* Nausea
* Vomiting.

If you or someone you know shows these symptoms, below are steps in taking immediate action. Don’t forget to call emergency services immediately. 📞 ⛑️
